Terms and privacy

Last changed 15 October 2026. piqnt.party is in beta: things will change, and sometimes break.

What this is

piqnt.party is a place to play small games, alone or with friends who open the same link. It is made by piqnt and is free to use. It is made for everyone, including children, so it keeps almost nothing about you.

The games

The games belong to piqnt or their makers; you can play them here as much as you like, but not copy them elsewhere.

Playing nicely

• Share party links only with people you know. Anyone with the link can join.
• Don't cheat, break things, or flood the site with requests.
• Don't send names, contact details or personal things in comments, yours or anyone else's.
• If something goes wrong or someone behaves badly, use the report button.

Privacy

• No accounts. You never sign up or give a name. Players get a made-up name like "Blue Otter".
• One anonymous cookie. It lets the site tell that a phone has played before, so parties and scores work. It is not linked to who you are, and it is not shared with anyone.
• What we record: which games are played, for how long, scores, and whether a game crashed. This is used only to make the games better.
• Comments: if you write to the makers, email addresses, phone numbers and links are removed automatically before anything is stored. We may use what you wrote to improve the games.
• No ads, no trackers, no third-party scripts.
• Kept for 90 days, then deleted.

The usual

The site is provided as it is, without promises that it always works. We may change or stop it, and change these terms; the date above says when. If you have a question, write to hello@piqnt.com.
